Looking at different options for support and gaining clarity around HRT, and some of the alternatives available. We consider a range of self-help and lifestyle measures that you can build in for support for specific menopausal issues as well as your general long-term health.
There will be handouts so that you can relax and enjoy the day with plenty of information to take away. This workshop aims to give you the chance to explore your choices and to consider the best strategies and support measures for you around menopause and beyond.
