 Jocie is the founder of Theta and alongside being an experienced vinyasa, pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher, she is also a trained hypnobirthing practitioner and mother to one little boy.

Theta evolved from a passion for empowering pregnant people on their unique birth journeys and a wish for everyone to have the tools they need to believe in the magic of themselves and the intelligence of their bodies.

With our help you can find everything you need to support your pregnancy journey and prepare you for a positive birth - from movement to meditation to childbirth preparation.

After facilitating yoga in London for many years, Jocie has developed a passionate and nurturing approach to teaching. She loves seeing the positive effects that yoga elicits in so many of the people she connects with.

Her goal is to encourage people to practice deep listening when they move their bodies - because when we build intelligent awareness throughout the body, we can finally connect back to our essence and ultimately, enjoy a sense of trust and freedom that extends beyond the yoga mat.

At Theta we offer yoga classes for pregnancy and postnatal, plus hypnobirthing courses in a group setting or one to one.

At present, these classes are online, via Zoom - however once things open up we are very excited to connect with expectant women and parents in person!
