Anthea Barbary

I have lived and worked in Lewes since 2002, and feel a close connection with the local community. I have been a therapist since 1997, and practise acupuncture, hypnotherapy and Reiki.

I am also the founder of Alternative Lewes.

My belief is that optimum health and well-being are achieved through harmony between the mind, body and spirit. With the range of therapies that I have to offer, you will receive a ‘tailor-made’ approach to help the healing process begin.
