Explore with Daphne, eating for vitality, bone makers and bone breakers, balancing hormones naturally, our wonderful digestive system, the importance of good fats, creating the right balance of alkaline and acid forming foods in your diet and prepare a variety of seasonal, organic, plant based dishes.
The day starts at 10:00am and finishes at 4:00pm and includes presentations, hands on cooking, sharing conversations over a delicious lunch and recipes to take home with you.
