Women's Journey with the Elements

We will come together with breath, songs, drums, dances, ritual, connecting deeply with nature and our creativity to explore how the elemental journey to the inner child, maiden and elder within, can support the transformation of deep seated patterns in our lives.

Facilitators are: Helen D'Ascoli & Marie-helene Dalila-Boyle are experienced practitioners in Forest School, Psychotherapy (BACP reg.), Dances Universal Peace and Breath-work.
