Knowing how December can take it’s toll on your bodies and your health, this year we are holding a community DETOX.

The detox will be lead by the team at The Alternative Healthcare including Dr Mathew, Dr Shine Babu, Niti Sheth, Lucia De Marchi and Melissa Toleman. Together they have set a safe and effective one month programme including diet, herbs, yoga, meditation, education, massage and a goodie bag worth £50.

Each week the community will get together for advice on how to detox, how to use the goodie bag, what foods to eat, the ‘weigh in’ if your aim is to lose weight, cooking demonstrations also for detox yoga and meditation classes.

Not only is this a great way to start 2018, it is held in a safe and highly effective manner, closely guided and monitored by our team whilst also holding you accountable. We all know how most new years resolutions last about a week; with this programme, we will create a fun and friendly environment to help you achieve your goals for the new year in the best possible way.
