Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) & Matrix Reimprinting Mini Workshop, at Westgate Chapel, The Small Hall.

 

Please bring pen, paper, water, an open mind and a readiness to take part - the latter is essential in order to understand how these powerful techniques work.

EFT and Matrix Reimprinting work on the energy body to shift negative emotional states, outworn belief systems, phobias etc.

Please note that this initial workshop will lead onto  a small ‘closed’ group for those that are interested, that will meet for 6 sessions.  There will be more information about this on the night.
