Spend time in the kitchen making soups, juices, ferments & tonics from nettles, wild garlic, chickweed, sprouted seeds & cabbage.

At the end of the day you will know how to harness the power of the spring plants that grow all around into your everyday life

The cost includes all refreshments & lunch, all materials for making remedies & tonics to take home with you along with recipes & notes.

Daphne Lambert has cooked, studied, taught & written about food all her adult life. She has run a nutritional consultancy practice for over 25 years working with schools, colleges and organisations looking at ways to nourish well being. Daphne is the founding member of Greencuisine Trust and brings her passion for food that truly nourishes, body, mind & soul, together with diverse experiences in the world of food, to her work as a nutritionist & educator within the Trust. 


Julia Behrens is a qualified practitioner in Herbal Medicine with an honours degree from the College of Phyto-therapy. Julia has taught at the School of Herbal Medicine, lectured at East London and Westminster University, consulted for the WWF and Neal's Yard, appeared on TV, and runs a range of courses in Herbal Medicine. Julia works alongside GP’s and is currently practicing at the Herstmonceux Health Centre and at the Albion Clinic in Brighton
