What are electric cars really like to drive? Is it easy to charge them? How long do the batteries last? Are they very expensive?

If you have questions like these or are just curious, come along to see a variety of electric cars and meet their owners. There will be no salespeople, just ordinary drivers who have taken the plunge.

At 12.00 there will be a short talk about electric vehicles at the Phoenix Centre nearby, followed by questions and answers to a panel of knowledgeable people.

Cars on display include the Tesla, the Nissan Leaf, BMW, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Renault, Kia and Smart and possibly others yet to be confirmed.
