Aloo Parathas, fried potato stuffed flatbreads

Samosas with carrot chutney

Rajma, Himalayan black bean curry

Baingan Mattar Bharta, roasted aubergine and pea curry

Shahi Paneer, boldly spiced fried cheese in a tomato and cream gravy

Pilau Rice and Naan breads

Kheer, rose and pistachio infused rice pudding
