I concentrate on helping women who are struggling with mid-life challenges, such as feeling overwhelmed and issues with weight and stress, but are busy pretending all is fine. 

I help them to boost their health and well-being, so that they can find the joy in their lives. 

I run free events such as webinars and online challenges, plus a (paid) monthly online membership club called the  Women's Wellness Movement. This builds knowledge and empowers women on key aspects of wellness, one topic at a time, with simple strategies for sustainable long term well-being.
