Helping Women deal with the Menopause
I work with women in their 40's and 50's who are having changes in their energy, weight (particularly around their tummy) and moods. They may find they are shouting at their partner/dog/plant, feel exhausted, have brain fog, suffering from day or night sweats, feel like they are going crazy or all of the above!
I teach these women coping skills, such as how food can influence their hormones and their moods, what type of exercise is best at this age and how self care is vital to staying (or becoming) sane.
This support is offered via small group workshops and on-line group coaching programme.
