Classes

Our daily classes are set in a stunning, modern studio where you can learn various types of Yoga, as well as attend classes in Pilates, Qigong and Tai Chi.

As well as a full daily timetable of classes we offer a range of courses and workshops.

These are a great way to sample a range of treatments, guided by our professionals here at the centre. Ranging from a day of massage, classes, and therapies, to a fully comprehensive Ultimate Health Package which can be spread out over several months.

Health Food Cafe

"Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food" Our lovely cafe provides fantastic healthy snacks, lunches and drinks all through the day, Monday – Saturday. All of our food is available to eat in or take away.
