Designed to fit into a busy schedule, or even break up a dull day, this one-hour workshop explains how you can improve your postural tone and begin to address habits of stress. The benefits of a refreshing lie down can be maintained throughout your day and applied to whatever activities you engage in.
You’ll leave with the beginnings of a skill you can practise whenever you like and if you already have experience of Alexander Technique, it’s a good opportunity to refresh your thinking.
