Making Food Choices. Why do we eat the food we eat?

  • The Depot Pinwell Road Lewes, England, BN7 2JS United Kingdom (map)

Join consultant and facilitator Anni Townend in conversation with nutritionist Daphne Lambert at a special food event in Depot’s studio.

Join in the ‘pernickety picnic game’ and share your food passions. Unravel the stories behind our food. Explore how we create nutrient-dense diets that nourish everyone. Engage in the lively conversation about food while you sip and savour summer taste sensations.

Greencuisine Trust will be collaborating with Depot to create a Specials menu all week in the restaurant. After the event, you can relax & enjoy one of the dishes on offer.

Anni Townend has been working with leaders, their teams, and groups in organisations for over twenty years as a consultant, facilitator and coach.
