Drive slowly up the track past 2 gates on the right to a third gate and a chip stack. Park here by reversing carefully in close to otrher vehicles. Don't go straying off on slopes - you might get stuck.. Walk through third gate (directions again) and south down the track. Walk down to the crossroads. Go straight ahead and you’ll see a wooden sticks signpost on the right marking the path to the main camp area. There will be lights showing the way. It's a 10 mins walk and be careful as it will be a little slippy in places.

Our café’s are at present held in a pub so rather than coffee and cake we enjoy drinks (including hot and soft as well as alcoholic) with bar snacks. There is no need to book. A small donation is welcome but not essential.
We just want to create an environment where talking about death is natural and comfortable. Meetings are confidential and people must respect one another’s disparate beliefs and avoid proselytizing. These are not grief support groups or end-of-life planning sessions, but rather casual forums for people who want to bat around personal thoughts. What is death like? Why do we fear it? How do our views of death inform the way we live? It's also not a debate platform. We don't want you to air all your views and pick each other apart. Competitive instincts are set aside.
As a result of this welcoming approach it is a frequent delight to see people's authenticity and honesty among strangers. There is laughter as tensions ease, differences are accepted and like minds are discovered. People usually leave feeling the warmth of shared humanity.
Those who have studied attitudes toward death say that for most people, such conversations are healthy; talking about death can ease people’s fears and the notion that death is taboo.
We live knowing that everything dies. Like the sun, it's a fact of life. And like the sun, we tend not to look right at it. This opportunity to look death in the face is worth taking.

The use of essential oils is an exciting development in the quest for health, wellbeing and natural - non toxic beauty. Essential oils are organic compounds extracted from species of herbs, roots, trees, flowers and fruit.
The use of essential oils can help with the effects of stress, insomnia, headaches and migraines, muscular tension, stiffness and fatigue, high blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety and palpitations, menstrual and menopausal symptoms to name a few. During this workshop you will be introduced into the basics of using the oils in your own home.
Having been introduced to these incredible essential oils and experienced their benefits for many ailments we feel we want to share and help everyone else to have the chance to feel the benefits too. dōTERRA (Latin for "Gift of the Earth") oils have their own "100% certified pure therapeutic grade" standard and are sourced from all over the world where they grow naturally. They are rigorously tested; making them a step above organic and are an amazing alternative to the mainstream ‘everyday’ medicine cabinet and can be used in so many ways for our health and wellbeing. If you have any symptoms that you would like to try an oil for, physically or emotionally, let me know and I can pop a sample of a suitable oil over for you to try.
This class costs £10 to secure your space and in return you receive a 5ml bottle of the totally divine and addictive (in a good way!) wild orange oil. or a diffuser bracelet with your own choice of natural perfume. There will also be snacks and drinks bring a friend you can share the class fee!

The use of essential oils is an exciting development in the quest for health and beauty. Essential oils are organic compounds extracted from species of herbs, roots, trees, flowers and fruit. Essential oils can be used in massage, which is in itself an ancient art of touch healing. Aromatic molecules from the essential oils pass directly through the skin and are absorbed by the body fluids. They then circulate around the body into the blood stream. The odours of the essential oils also stimulate our emotional centre in the brain. This extremely active system is connected to other vital parts of the brain involved in controlling heartbeat, blood pressure, breathing, memory and reaction to stress. The use of essential oils can help with the effects of stress, insomnia, headaches and migraines, muscular tension, stiffness and fatigue, high blood pressure, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety and palpitations, menstrual and menopausal symptoms to name a few.

Our cafes are, at present, held in a pub, so rather than coffee and cake we enjoy drinks (including hot and soft as well as alcoholic) with bar snacks. There is no need to book. A small donation is welcome but not essential.

We just want to create an environment where talking about death is natural and comfortable. Meetings are confidential, and people must respect one another’s disparate beliefs and avoid proselytizing.

DIRECTIONS TO LOWER VERT WOODS – NORTHERN ACCESS ALONG VERT LANE
1. Directions – from Lewes and Brighton - essentially you aim for Laughton village (near Ringmer and Lewes) and drive through in an Easterly direction. Go through village past Post Office and then left at the first crossroads into Park Lane. Carry on for c.1 mile past the small industrial estate (if it is on your right) and wooden house on left. Go past the Estate and head up Park Lane for further 1/2 mile to a metal gate-barrier on the right. You’ll see a parking area, some concrete blocks and single lane track off on the right. You'll see Full Moon directions here. The gate will be unlocked though it will look closed. This is Vert Lane. Open the gate and make sure you pull the gate closed behind you.

Do Bring - torches, a light folding seat if you have one, and dress for winter. Bring hot drinks in flasks, and some nibbles to share and a poem song and something to contribute (optional). Bring shakers and small hand drums-rattles if you have them.
Donation of £5 suggested to cover our costs, thanks.

Bring your heart and willingness to connect to the spirit, Nature and our lovely Moon.

2. From Polegate and Eastbourne – head to A22 in direction of Uckfield. Just after Golden Cross there is a turn to the left – B2124 in direction of Laughton and Lewes.
